Road Needs Studies
CDW provides a detailed reviews of road networks and related infrastructure and undertakes a life cycle analysis to establish a program that includes road maintenance, preventative maintenance and reconstruction.
Property Acquisition
We provide the full complement of services related to property acquisition: we search property titles, review and discuss R-Plans with OLS, review / audit engineering construction drawings, review property appraisals and review correspondence, perform background searches on property owners with municipal staff and local politicians..
Adjudications - Ontario Dispute Adjudication for Construction Contracts (ODACC)
Clayton Watters has successfully completed numerous ODACC adjudications to resolve disputes related to roads, bridges, commercial and residential buildings. Clayton is committed to using an adjudication process that is clear, efficient and fair to all parties.
OSIM Inspections and Reviews (Ontario Structural Inspection Manual)
CDW has performed numerous bridge, culvert and retaining wall inspections and second opinions in accordance with OSIM. OSIM reviews cover the asset management and inspection data and are undertaken to provide recommendations regarding ongoing maintenance and capital management for the infrastructure.

Asset Management Plans Experience

In addition, we have completed the AMP’s required for the transfer of property from developers to municipalities.
